About Dormie House

Dormie House is a modern, newly-built holiday cottage in the heart of Kingsbarns — a quiet Fife village best known for its championship golf links, just a few miles from St Andrews. The beach is a five-to-ten minute walk away, making it an easy base for a coastal break.

Inside, you’ll find a large open living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a separate utility room, and a bright porch entrance. Outside, a private garden and outdoor decking area are ideal for al fresco dining on long summer evenings.

The cottage sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms — two doubles and one twin — making it a comfortable fit for families or groups travelling together.
